RESTRICTIONS:  A 1-month membership for 30 days, cannot put a hold on the membership once started, it will expire after 30 days. Ages 13-80 years old. Tailored for women, but custom classes for co-ed or a fathers class can be requested. No equipment needed to do the workouts. All levels welcomed to class because every movement has a beginner to advance option.  No expiration date.
